Dr Snyder is currently Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. He has an international reputation as one of today’s most creative thinkers on sex and relationships.

He’s been a frequent guest on major media including NBCToday and the Goop Podcast; and has been a regular contributor to Huffington Post and PsychologyToday.

He's written for The Times of London, AARP, Readers Digest, Bride’s Magazine, and New York Magazine; and he’s been interviewed in The New York Times, The Atlantic, Elle, Cosmo, and Vogue -- among many others -- and in 2012 hosted Dolce & Gabbana’s international launch of their new fragrance, “Desire,” in St Petersburg, Russia. 

In 2018, Dr Snyder was awarded the Nautilus Gold Book Award for Relationships and Communication for his first book, Love Worth Making - How to Have Ridiculous Sex in a Long-Lasting Relationship.
